- Video tablet and three blue-tooth peripherals*
- Data feeds to a weekly 9-5 monitoring team, with weekend availability to patient, 24/7 emergency response to unusual results
- Monitoring team spends 40 minutes/month interacting with patient
- Monthly letters, weekly text/e-mail
- SDOH survey, periodic depression surveys
- Access to 24/7 nurse hotline
Cost: $1100-1400 per patient per pregnancy
