More Than Just a Hospital

What’s the Problem?

The problem is uncontrolled high blood pressure, or hypertension.  It’s the biggest health problem out there today.
  • 100 million Americans have it.
  • 2/3 of seniors have it.
  • For women over 75, 80% have it.
Chances are, someone in your family has it.
And it’s dangerous!  It’s the leading cause of:
  • Heart attacks
  • Strokes
And it’s the #1 leading contributor to early death.

What’s the Solution?

There are lots of ways to help with hypertension, but studies show that daily monitoring of your blood pressure, with continued interaction with our nursing staff, can greatly increase the rate of control.
It’s called REMOTE PATIENT MONITORING, or RPM. Here’s how it works:
1) You measure your blood pressure daily.
2) Our clinical team talks to you throughout the month to monitor the situation.
3) When issues are detected, we connect you with your clinical care team.
Together, we solve blood pressure problems when they are small, before they become BIG!

How Can I Get It?

It’s easy!

1 – Fill out and submit the form below or
2 – Call our partner, BlueStar TeleHealth (812) 994-0600
or
3 – Send E-mail to support@bluestartelehealth.com
Then:
  • We’ll send you a digital blood pressure cuff.
  • We’ll show you how to use it.
  • We’ll develop a specific care plan to help you manage your blood pressure.
  • Our nursing team will stay in touch with you throughout the month to work that plan.
  • If problems arise, we’ll connect you with our caregivers.
Together, we can control your blood pressure!  You can live a healthier life.

How Much Does it Cost?

In some cases there may be a small copay usually below $20/monthly, in others it will be free to you.
The U.S. federal government reimburses us for most or all of the cost to provide you with this service. Why? Because they’ve determined that keeping you healthy and out of an emergency room saves taxpayer’s money and lives, including possibly yours.
Would you pay a few dollars a month to control your life-threatening uncontrolled high blood pressure?  We hope so.  Ask your family what they think!

  • Improves your overall health
  • Helps you live longer and better
